Claimr is a lead generation and customer introduction service. We connect users with third-party specialists who may assist with financial and consumer claims, including but not limited to tax rebates, car finance claims, pension relief, and other related services.

Claimr does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice and does not carry out claims services unless explicitly stated.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website or submitting your details, you confirm that you:

  • Are providing accurate and truthful information

  • Claimr acts solely as an introducer

  • We connect you with relevant third-party specialists (“Partners”)

  • Any services are provided directly by the Partner, not Claimr

Once you are introduced:

  • You will enter into a separate agreement with the Partner

  • Their terms, fees, and processes will apply

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Claimr does not guarantee:

  • That you are eligible for a claim

  • That a claim will be successful

  • That you will receive any financial outcome

Any estimates or examples provided are illustrative only.

5. Fees

  • Claimr does not charge you directly for using the website

  • Partners may charge fees for their services

  • These fees will be clearly explained by the Partner before you proceed

Claimr may receive a referral fee or commission from Partners.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

  • Not submit false or misleading claims

  • Respond to requests from Partners in a timely manner

  • Review and understand any agreements before proceeding

Failure to provide accurate information may impact your claim.

7. Data Protection

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By submitting your details, you consent to:

  • Being contacted by Claimr and/or relevant Partners

  • Your data being shared with Partners to assess your enquiry

You may withdraw consent at any time.

8. Third-Party Services

Claimr is not responsible for:

  • The actions, advice, or services provided by Partners

  • The outcome of any claim

  • Any losses arising from your engagement with a Partner

You should review the Partner’s terms and policies before proceeding.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claimr shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss

  • Loss of income, profits, or opportunity

  • Any reliance placed on information provided on this website

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
